Environmental Management Solutions has completed the acquisition of the assets of C.D. Sonter Management, an environmental consulting, health and safety firm based in Toronto, Ontario. C.D. Sonter specializes in indoor air quality, hazardous materials, solid waste management/recycling and occupational health and safety. EMS will pay $250,000 in stock for all of the assets of C.D.
