Xtreme Companies (OTCBB: XTRE) has updated its information related to a previously announced acquisition with Cambridge Energy Waste Management, LTD, based in Northfield, Il., in an exchange of stock and other consideration. Cambridge Energy Group, Ltd. had net sales of $75.6 million and net earnings of $19.4 million for the year ended December 28, 2001. Xtreme subsidiaries have waste removal contracts in negotiation in Canada and Nevada.
