Waste Industries USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: WWIN) has acquired three companies. Hammock Sanitation is a tuck-in to its Crossville, Tennessee residential and commercial routes. Kellett's Sanitation, Inc. is a tuck-in to existing operations in Easley, South Carolina and S & W Sanitation is a tuck-in to existing residential services in Wilson, North Carolina. Waste Industries USA, Inc. provides waste handling services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
