Synagro Inc. (Houston, TX) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Earthwise Organics Inc. and Earthwise Trucking (Fresno, CA). According to Synagro, Earthwise is one of the largest marketers of Class A biosolids in California, having sold about 500,000 tons of biosolids compost in the Central Valley over the past eight years. Earthwise generates about $10 million in annual revenues.
