Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) has acquired Ardaman & Associates, Inc., a consulting and engineering firm that specializes in hydrogeology and civil engineering. Ardaman & Associates has more than 360 employees located throughout Florida, and has been providing technical services for over 40 years. Ardaman & Associates had annual gross revenue of approximately $34 million in 2001. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company's services include consulting on complex earth sciences issues, water resources management and infrastructure design. More information: www.tetratech.com.
