Stericycle, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRCL), a provider of regulated medical waste management services, has reported record quarterly financial results for the fourth quarter of 2001. Revenues for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2001 were $93.4 million, up 9.3% from $85.4 million in the same quarter last year. Net income for fourth quarter 2001 before one-time charges rose 35.9% to $7.1 million, up from $5.2 million in the same quarter last year. After-tax earnings per share for fourth quarter 2001 rose 27.7% to $0.33, up from $0.26 in the same quarter last year. More information: www.stericycle.com.
