Envirogen, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENVG) has announced revenues of $20.44 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 2001 as compared to revenues of $20.34 million in 2000. Net loss for 2001 was $486,000 as compared to $2.05 million in 2000. Net loss per share was $.12 in 2001 and $.52 in 2000. Cash and marketable securities were $2.8 million as of December 31, 2001.
